Refunds

Sommer Time Fitness, LLC is a service based business and does not sell or provide marketable products. “Items” purchased through Sommer Time Fitness, LLC including the following are for services provided:

  • Consultations & Evaluations
  • Individual Personal Training Sessions/Group Fitness Classes
  • Monthly Memberships for Personal Training Sessions/Group Fitness Classes
  • 5 & 10 pack passes for Personal Training Sessions/Group Fitness Classes
  • Gift Cards

Refunds will only be issued for the following reasons:

  • Purchase of multiple items with intention of singular purchase (i.e. 2 10 pack passes are bought instead of 1). A refund for one pass will be refunded.
  • An incorrect item was purchased (i.e. a 10 pack pass was purchased when you intended to purchase a 5 pack). A business associate will aid in correcting the error and your repurchase of the correct item if needed.
  • You have been improperly charged by the business

Refunds for unused sessions, unused passes or partial refunds for memberships will not be issued under any circumstances.

Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 business days depending on your banking source. Refunds can take several days to post. If after 14 days you do not see your refund please contact your bank.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@SommerTmeFitness.com with the subject line “REFUND”.

Cancellation

Training sessions require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Clients looking to cancel their appointment may do so by logging into their Vagaro account online and canceling the session, or may reach out to our business line via text message (912) 712-2279. Those who cancel within the 24-hour window will NOT be charged for their session or forfeit a punch on their punch pass. Those who cancel outside of the 24-hour window will be charged for the session in full.

Group fitness classes are required to register online or through the Vagaro mobile app due to the limited studio space. Those who do not register online and simply show up for class may be turned away due to an overbooking in class participants. If you are registered online for a class and need to cancel, please go online or via the Vagaro app and cancel your spot in class at least 2 hours before class time. Those who do NOT cancel their spot in class and do not show up will be charged the full amount of the drop-in or will forfeit a punch on their punch pass.

Memberships/Punch Passes

Memberships and punch passes are for the purchaser ONLY and cannot be used among friends or family members.

Memberships are billed monthly on the date of the original purchase in 30 day cycles. If you wish to cancel a monthly membership, please send in writing your request to do so to Info@SommerTimeFitness.com 30 days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid the next charge.

Passes (5 & 10 count passes) are valid for 90 days each. Passes cannot be shared among friends or family and will NOT be extended past their expiration date. If you have unused punches, and are planning a trip or vacation, please see Kristen to discuss your options.

Gift cards, when purchased are good for any of our regularly set programs and services and not for any guest instructor’s classes or special events. Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and will not be refunded or extended past the original expiration date.
